An 8 metres wide x 17 metres long x 3 metres to the eaves steel framed building with internal fit out has been completed for a client in Leeds. It has 1 x industrial roller shutter 3 meters wide x 2.4 meters high and 2 x personnel access door, with 4 Upvc windows.
The steel framed building has a 100mm insulated composite cladding on the walls and the roof has 120mm insulated composite cladding in Goosewing Grey with a Poppy Red trim.
The foundations and pads were first completed by our team of ground workers once the Building Control and Planning Permission had been granted by the Local Council. The building was installed by our professional assembly team and the Steel Building was up with a minimum fuss in a matter of days.
